Delivery and returns

Delivery

Delivery is included in every price. Each print is made to order: theprintspace prints, checks and packs it in London for the United Kingdom, or in Brooklyn for the United States, so nothing crosses a border and there are no customs charges.

Unframed prints travel rolled in a tube and arrive in about 7 to 15 working days.
Framed pieces go by courier and take a few working days longer.

For now we deliver to addresses in Great Britain and the United States only. We can’t yet deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or elsewhere.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Please email hello@thecanon.store with a photo of the print and its packaging, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost. This doesn’t limit your legal rights if a print is faulty.

Changing your mind

If you live in the United Kingdom, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day the print arrives. Tell us by email, using the form below if you like, then send the print back within 14 days of telling us. We’ll refund the price you paid, including the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving the print back, or of your proof that you sent it.

You pay for the return. An unframed print can go back by ordinary tracked post in its tube. Framed medium and large pieces need a courier; expect about £20 to £30 within Great Britain. Please return the print in its original packaging if you can, unused and undamaged; we may reduce the refund if it has been handled more than you would need to inspect it in a shop.

We offer the same 14 days to buyers in the United States.
